Product Information The powdered mix does not require refrigerated storage and while kept at room temperature in unopened pouches will remain fresh for up to nine months. Because the dry powdered mix has a long shelf life the need for daily or weekly replenishment of liquid or frozen liquid dairy product is also eliminated. The need for time consuming thawing of frozen liquid dairy product is unnecessary and energy costs for refrigerated or frozen storage are dramatically reduced. After mixing the powder with water the resulting liquefied product may be kept refrigerated for a day or more making it conveniently available for immediate use when needed. The liquid product may remain in soft serve machines for up to four days thereby eliminating the need for what until now has been daily cleaning of equipment that dispenses dairy products. The liquefied product when introduced into any existing soft serve machine will produce a premium creamy soft serve frozen dessert with rich flavor and a smooth texture that you would normally expect from a dairy product.
